On February 12, 2024, the third day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Dragon, the Spring Festival holiday was not yet half over. At the start of working day in the third day of the first lunar month, Tian Yin’an, Party Secretary and General Manager of Qingdao Heavy Industry along with other company leaders came to the production site to mobilize the employees of the production system. He firstly extended New Year's greetings to all employees and their families and expressed his gratitude to all employees for their hard-working and selfless dedication. He emphasized that, at present, the company had a lot of orders at hand and is under good production and operation status. All cadres and employees shoulder unify their thoughts and actions, develop fighting spirit, and, by taking advantage of the good results achieved in production, sales, and profitability in January, seize the opportunity and work hard. With the enterprising attitude of 'Starting with sprint for a decisive', they should quickly get out of the holiday state, devote themselves to work posts, actively overcome the impact of the Spring Festival holiday on production in February, and strive to recover the lost time and progress. It is necessary to take the 'first lesson of work' well, strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, carefully check the status of equipment, and resume production safely and efficiently. Subsequently, Tian Yin’an inspected the functional departments, including the Manufacturing (Safety and Environmental) Department, Quality Department, R&D Center, Procurement Department, and Party and Mass Department, to check the working status on the first day of work resumption after the holiday. He pointed out that Qingdao Heavy Industry is currently in a stage of climbing with heavy load. The only way forward is to move forward and there is no room for slackness. All functional departments should focus on market orders and production needs with the passion of 'Always striving for the first ' and the efficiency of 'Working together against time', strengthen communication and coordination, promote work efficiently, and ensure with all efforts the production, quality, safety, and delivery. He demanded the Party and Mass Department to provide good logistics service guarantees and solve the problems of food, accommodation, and shuttle buses for employees who stick to their posts during the Spring Festival Holiday.

'A year's plan begins in spring, and the spring will not live up to the traveler.'
